Where do I place an order?
Shop and pay through our Etsy store. Each listing shows the available products, options, personalization fields and current price.
How long does production take?
Production and delivery estimates depend on the product, print partner and destination. Check the estimate on your Etsy listing, and message us before ordering for a fixed event date.
How do I collect shirt sizes for my family?
Collect each person’s size and quantity before ordering, using the size chart on the specific listing. Automated sizing invitations and reminders are not available yet.
Can I order different products together?
You can add available products from our Etsy shop to your order. Different products may be made by different print partners and arrive in separate packages. Check each listing’s shipping details.
Can items ship to different addresses?
Place separate Etsy orders for separate delivery addresses. Contact us before ordering if you need help arranging a larger group purchase.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum quantities and any pack sizes are shown on the individual Etsy listing. Choose the listing that matches the product and quantity you need.
Can I review my personalization?
Check your spelling and selections before submitting your Etsy order. When we send a proof link, review the artwork and request changes through that page. Message us on Etsy if you need proof arrangements confirmed before ordering.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us through your Etsy order with a description and photos so we can review the issue. See the listing and shop policies for returns, cancellations and resolution details.
Which shirt size should I choose?
Garment brands, fits and size ranges vary by listing and selected tier. Use that listing’s size chart and compare it with a shirt that fits you well. We do not currently offer an AI size recommendation tool.
